Return and refund policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority and take great care in ensuring that each item meets our quality standards. We offer a simple and customer-friendly 2-day return and refund policy to ensure you have a smooth, hassle-free shopping experience. Our return and refund policy ensures that customers can return items that are unsatisfactory. If you receive a product that is damaged or not as described, you can initiate a return. However, make sure to check the time limits for returns.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery (with unboxing video required).
- Items must be unused, with original tags, and in original packaging.
- Refunds are processed as original payment method.
Return Policy
- Damaged or Tampered Products: If you receive a product in poor condition or notice the packaging is damaged or tampered with before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and take pictures/ videos for proof and return it to the delivery person. Immediately contact us at support@foreverluxe.co.in or (+91) 8283932360 with your Order ID along with a picture/video of the product. We will ensure a brand-new replacement is sent to you at no extra cost.
- Product Dislike: If the product doesn’t match your expectations, don’t worry - you can return it within 2 days of delivery. A ₹199 handling and reverse shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. We request you to record a video of the product and package before shipping or handing it over to avoid any future inconvenience.

Delayed Delivery: All delivery timelines mentioned on our website are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, holidays or unforeseen circumstances. If the order is delayed and you choose not to accept it upon delivery or decide to return it solely due to late delivery, a ₹199 reverse shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please note that Forever Luxe cannot commit to fixed delivery dates, as actual timelines depend on our courier partners. - You can initiate a return request by reaching out to our Customer Support team and they'll guide you through the process. Once you have opted for the return request, we request you to be available for the return pick-up. If you are unavailable or fail to answer calls from the delivery partner at the time of reverse pick-up, delivery partner may cancel the reverse pick-up. In such a case, we can reattempt the pickup once again as a goodwill gesture. But, if the pickup fails again, you'll need to self-ship the product to complete your return. In case of self-ship, we will not deduct any return handling fee from the refund amount.
- In the rare case that you receive an empty package or find an item missing, please get in touch with our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. To help us investigate, we’ll need a 360° unboxing video showing the parcel being opened. Kindly note that requests without proper video proof or showing signs of tampering may not be accepted. The brand retains the final authority to decide on such claims.

- Please note that while most pin codes are both forward and reverse serviceable, in some rare cases, certain locations may only be forward serviceable. In such situations, we may request you to return the product through an alternate courier service, such as India Post. Kindly note that shipping charges incurred for self-shipped returns will not be reimbursed by the brand.
Important: Record Return Video
Before handing over the package:
- Please record a clear video of the product and its packaging while packing it for return.
- The video must clearly show the condition of the product and the order details/slip.
- This is a mandatory requirement to process any return and helps avoid any future inconvenience or any disputes.
Processing Time & Refunds:
- Returns will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the product.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (if applicable).
Important Notes:

No Refund on Custom or Personalized Jewelry:
Custom or personalized pieces, including special size adjustments or engraving, are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances. -
Luxury Sets:
For luxury sets, you must request a return within 24 hours of receiving the product. Since these sets are delicate and handcrafted, we cannot extend this timeline. -
Free Gifts:
If your order includes a free gift, it must also be returned if you decide to return the original product. -
Buy 2 Get 1 Offer:
For Buy 2 Get 1 offers, all three products must be returned if you wish to return any one of them. -
Missed Pickup:
If you miss handing over the product at the time of pickup, you’ll be required to self-ship the product. -
Partial Returns:
If you ordered more than two products and wish to return a portion of your order, the refund amount will be recalculated based on any applicable discounts on the remaining items in your order. -
Proof of Return:
Always obtain a receipt (physical or digital) when handing over a return package to the courier. In case of a lost shipment, this will serve as proof of return. -
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the product is received at our warehouse. -
Incomplete shipping address:
In cases of unfulfilled deliveries, refunds will only be processed if the provided delivery address is verified as accurate. Refunds will not be provided for undeliverable or incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
Products Ineligible for Return/Replacement:
- Any product showing signs of physical damage and wear and tear.
- Return requests made after 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Products customized to your specifications.
- For special offers like Buy 1 Get 1 Free or Buy 2 Get 2 Free, the entire order must be returned.
Note: If you claim a missing product from your order, an unboxing video is required. Without this, we won’t be able to address the issue.
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them by contacting our customer support team.
- Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- Orders in transit cannot be cancelled, even in case of delivery delays, as delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control (such as holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays).
- The brand reserves the right to cancel or delay an order in rare cases of unforeseen issues such as stock unavailability, incorrect address, or technical errors, in which case the customer will be notified and refunded if applicable.
